    Purpose:

    -   To demand the Federal Government give Canadian Infrastructure jobs to
        Canadian workers.

    -   To make people aware that a new crane for the Public Works Canada
        Esquimalt Graving Dock is going to be erected by imported Chinese
        workers, while unemployed - qualified - Canadian tradesworkers stand
        idly by.

    -   To ensure that the Federal Government closes the loopholes that
        allowed the Chinese workers to circumvent our immigration rules by
        entering Canada as "specialized workers".
