TORONTO, Sept. 5, 2012 /CNW/ - Rx110 Inc and Donald Meade filed its press release yesterday pertaining to the settlement after several disclosures were made of late to the CNSX by BioSenta (symbol ZRO), prior RXT 110 Inc (symbol RXT) and prior Triangle Marketing Services (symbol TMS). In those filings along with prior filings this multi named company reported licensing patents when in fact the original license agreement read "technical knowhow" for Canada markets only in Nov 26, 2010.
The actual US technology patent was not issued until Feb 08, 2011 which then became the center of a discussion for an international license by RXT 110 Inc which was not part of any prior agreement to which Meade refused. The license was then revoked in June, 2011 by Meade as reported in the multi named company filings.
Based on these facts along with the purported "dry ice" method also disclosed in filings which did not have any merit based on laboratory samples developed by Messieurs Meade and Martin and the "brine" mould cleaning solutions which clearly have no lasting effects Meade resigned in Aug, 2011. The 8,552,123 shares held by Meade and his family where then returned based on his technology being unconditionally returned as if no arrangement had been made.
