The global HR research and advisory firm celebrates President Jennifer Rozon's recognition for her leadership, impact on the HR profession, and human-centric approach to helping organizations navigate change.
TORONTO, Oct. 20, 2026 /CNW/ -- Global HR research and advisory firm McLean & Company is proud to announce that its president, Jennifer Rozon, has been named an Elite Woman 2026 by HRD Canada (HRDC). This year's annual list honours 31 exceptional women whose work shapes, supports, or advances the human resources profession in Canada.
Rozon's recognition reflects her long-standing influence on McLean & Company's growth and her commitment to helping HR leaders make confident, evidence-informed decisions amid ongoing workforce and technology change.
"I'm honored to be recognized among HRDC's Elite Women and grateful to work alongside a team that is deeply committed to helping HR leaders create meaningful impact," says Jennifer Rozon, president of McLean & Company. "At McLean & Company, our work is grounded in giving organizations the insight, practical support, and expertise they need to make confident people and HR technology decisions. This recognition is a reflection of that shared commitment and of the trust our members place in us every day."
As president of McLean & Company, the HR research and advisory division of Infotech, Rozon manages the firm's overall vision and strategy across research, product development, business development, and customer experience. Since joining the organization in 2006, she has held leadership roles across research, business development, corporate strategy, and product development.
Rozon is also credited with helping pioneer some of the firm's earliest HR research blueprints and diagnostic products, including its Employee Engagement Program, and has continued to shape offerings that help HR leaders understand emerging workforce and technology priorities and translate them into practical action.
"Jennifer Rozon's recognition as one of HRDC's Elite Women could not be more deserved," says Tom Zehren, chief executive officer at Infotech. "In her 20 years with our organization, Jenn has earned tremendous respect as a leader and is someone people genuinely love working with and working for. She has built a high-performing culture at McLean & Company and has been instrumental in the firm's growth and the value it delivers to our members. Under her leadership, McLean continues to support HR leaders at a critical time for the profession, as organizations rethink how work gets done, how technology is adopted, and how people strategy connects to business outcomes. We're incredibly proud of Jenn and thrilled to see her receive this recognition."
That same future-focused approach is reflected in McLean & Company's work to help HR leaders respond to the rapid rise of AI with clear, practical, and human-centric guidance. Under Rozon's leadership, that focus has come to life through resources such as the firm's Human-Centric AI Program and The Power of Human-Centricity report, both designed to help member organizations make sense of AI's impact on work, culture, and business outcomes.
A member of Forbes HR Council, Rozon regularly contributes to discussions on many of the issues shaping the future of HR, including employee engagement and retention, skills-based hiring, organizational trust, and the evolving role of technology in the workplace.
