MCE Systems Brings Next-Generation Mobile Customer Care to U.S. Carriers and Retailers

TORONTO, March 17, 2015 /CNW/ - MCE Systems Ltd., a global leader in content transfer and repair/return avoidance for mobile devices, is expanding its presence in the United States to meet carrier and retailer needs for enhanced mobile device customer care at retail outlets. The company now has sales representation in key U.S. regions and has deployed software solutions at hundreds of retail outlets across the country.

MCE Systems brings the next-generation of content transfer for mobile devices at the retail outlet so customers can walk out with their devices working and fully personalized – including setting up desired applications and transferring multimedia content from an old mobile device to the new one, along with standard data transfer such as contacts.

MCE recently deployed its mobile device Content Migration solution at Red Skye Wireless retail stores across the United States. Red Skye Wireless is a Missouri-based company and is an AT&T Exclusive Authorized Dealer with over 160 locations.

Following MCE Systems' U.S. launch at CTIA 2014 (see Wireless Dealer Magazine video interview here), the company has expanded its U.S. sales team to meet growing demand for mobile customer care solutions. MCE will participate in the Competitive Carriers Association (CCA) Global Expo in Atlanta March 24-27 (visit Booth #10) and VanderHeyden will lead a roundtable discussion at the "Meet the Experts" session on March 27.
