Mayors of Canada's largest cities to meet in Toronto
OTTAWA, May 21 /CNW Telbec/ - The Big City Mayors' Caucus (BCMC) of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) will meet on Toronto in Thursday, May 27, one day prior to the opening of FCM's annual conference.
The municipal leaders will be discussing major national issues including transportation, infrastructure, affordable housing, the green economy and the long-term economic viability of big cities. The BCMC, comprised of the mayors from Canada's 22 largest cities, often sets the tone for the entire conference.
