Max Pacioretty: Honour guest on Nov. 11 at the Presti Foundation Gala to open a severe food allergies desensitisation clinic at CHUSJ

The Presti Foundation, in collaboration with ByeByeAllergies, is happy to host a benefit gala to support the opening of an oral desensitisation clinic for the treatment of severe food allergies at the CHU Sainte-Justine.

MONTREAL, Nov. 7, 2016 The Presti Foundation Gala will take place at the Madison Reception Hall in Montreal, on Friday November 11th, 2016 at 6 PM. Guest of honor Max Pacioretty will be there to meet the 500 guests, who will have an opportunity to have their picture taken with the Canadiens' captain. Guests will be entertained by Freeway Frank of Virgin Radio and will enjoy the beautiful voice of Cirque du Soleil singer Anna Liani as she sings the a cappella version of her famous song Mamma son Tanto Felice. There will be live and silent auctions with incredible items, including an Air Canada Vacation package to Cancun for a family of four. Guests will enjoy the chance to win several raffle items, among which a pair of tickets from the Air Canada Foundation. Guests will dance to the music of the talented and popular DJ YO-C.

The Presti Foundation is a non-profit organization recently established by Paolo and Pasquale Presti, owners of Presti Homes and Developments. The Presti family has been in the residential development business for 15 years. They started the Foundation with the desire to give back to the community.

ByeByeAllergies ( is a volunteer organization of parents whose mission is to find philanthropic donations to support the project of Dr. Bégin, allergist at CHU Sainte-Justine, to open an oral immunotherapy clinic for severe food allergies. It is a thriving volunteer organization with over 3,100 followers on Facebook (having reached over 64,000 people). With impressive media coverage in the past year, ByeByeAllergies has raised over $80,000 and has gathered over 10,000 signatures on a petition to receive public funding for oral immunotherapy treatment to guarantee the clinic's existence after the first 3 years of philanthropic funding.
