TORONTO, Oct. 16, 2025 /CNW/ - Mattamy Group Corporation ("Mattamy"), the largest family-owned homebuilder in North America, today announced key operating results for the first quarter ended August 31, 2025 and posted LTM financial results for the first quarter on Intralinks.

First Quarter 2026 Key Operating Highlights

• Revenue increased 5.6% to $1.04B from $0.99B in the prior year quarter
• Homes closed increased 11.2% to 1,443 from 1,298 in the prior year quarter
• Net sales orders increased 5.3% to 1,536 homes from 1,459 homes in the prior year quarter
• Sales order backlog decreased 28.9% to 4,027 units from 5,661 units in the prior year quarter

LTM August 31, 2025 Key Operating Highlights

• Revenue increased 5.2% to $6.46B from $6.14B in the prior year
• Homes closed increased 5.6% to 8,598 from 8,142 in the prior year
• Net sales orders decreased 8.9% to 6,963 homes from 7,647 homes in the prior year
