Mason Graphite Closes Private Placement Financing

MONTREAL, Jan. 22, 2014 /CNW/ - Mason Graphite Inc. ("Mason Graphite" or the "Company") (TSX.V: LLG; OTCQX: MGPHF) has completed its previously-announced non-brokered private placement financing by issuing 875,000 common shares at a price of $0.80 per common share for gross proceeds of $700,000.

The common shares will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day expiring on May 22, 2014.

Mason Graphite intends to use the proceeds from the financing to fund an investment in Group NanoXplore Inc. (see news release dated January 13, 2014) and for general corporate purposes.
