KELOWNA, BC, Jan. 24, 2018 /CNW/ - Marapharm Ventures Inc., "Marapharm" announces that it has instructed the selling agent to close off the offering previously announced December 8, 2017. No further expressions of interest or subscriptions will be accepted for the brokered offering.
"Marapharm has ambitious plans for growth in 2018. In addition, it's going to be our first revenue producing year. With this in mind, we have decided to minimize the amount of the private placement due to the pricing and other variables. The proceeds of the broker offering were for general corporate purposes."
