Dr. AUN Porn Moniroth, Minister attached to Prime Minister and Secretary of State of The Ministry of Economy and Finance, the historic event took place at Raffles Hotel Le Royal where Manulife partners, government officials, a number of guests and local media representatives joined in the celebration.
