PERTH, Western Australia, June 16 /CNW/ - Mantra Resources Limited ('the Company') (ASX: MRU, TSX: MRL) advises that a General Meeting of the Company was held today, 16 June 2010, at 2.00pm (AWST).

The resolutions voted on were in accordance with the Notice of General Meeting previously advised to the Australian Securities Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange.
