TORONTO, Feb. 3, 2014 /CNW/ - Mantis Mineral Corp. ("Mantis") (CNSX: MYN) is pleased to announce the results of the voting at its special meeting of shareholders held on January 31, 2014 in Toronto, Ontario (the "Meeting") at which Mantis received shareholder approval of its proposed business combination with Gondwana Energy Corp. (the "Business Combination"), as previously announced on December 23, 2013. At the Meeting, shareholders of Mantis also approved the adoption of a new stock option plan for the company resulting from the Business Combination, pursuant to which such company may issue stock options to acquire up to an aggregate of 125,000,000 common shares.
Completion of the Business Combination remains subject to a number of conditions, including the approval of the Canadian Stock Exchange.
