MONTREAL, May 1, 2020 /CNW/ - LXRandCo, Inc. (the "Company"), (TSX: LXR) today provided an update on the continued temporary closure of its store network further to the revised timelines for gradual reopening as determined by its retail partners across North America. Although the Company expects the majority of its retail partners to commence reopening stores under a modified store operating format during the months of May and June, at present, the Company's store network was not operational.

In addition, following the announcement made on April 3, 2020 regarding the closure of the Company's warehousing facility, the Company confirms that its warehousing facilities partially reopened on April 13 thus providing the Company with fully operational e-commerce fulfilment activities.
