LAS VEGAS, Feb. 1, 2019 /CNW/ - Luzich Partners LLC ("Luzich") announced that it currently has direct beneficial ownership of an aggregate amount of 24,611,500 common shares (the "Shares") in the capital of Amerigo Resources Ltd. (the "Company"), a Vancouver-based copper producer, which represents approximately 13.89% of the issued and outstanding Shares of the Company. Previously, Luzich, together with an employee Nauman (Nick) Toor, directly or indirectly owned or controlled an aggregate amount of 26,155,900 Shares in the capital of the Company, which represented approximately 14.75% of the then issued and outstanding Shares of the Company. As of January 19, 2019 Mr. Toor is no longer employed by Luzich and continues to directly hold 2,479,619 Shares in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 1.40% of the issued and outstanding Shares of the Company.

Luzich acquires the Shares for investment purposes, and may acquire further Shares or dispose of its holdings, as investment conditions warrant. The Company is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "ARG".
