Associates star in interactive video based website
TORONTO, June 20, 2012 /CNW/ - LoyaltyOne, Inc. has released its third annual Accountability Report: Inspiring Change One by One, a follow up to the award-winning One Step Further in 2010. This year's online report continues LoyaltyOne's corporate responsibility journey with new videos starring proud associates illustrating the company's accomplishments and celebrating its efforts in environmental leadership, associate engagement and community involvement.

Key 2011 Highlights:
- Reduced CO2 emissions by a total of 45% from 2010 to 2011
- Achieved a 91% waste diversion rate at our corporate head office

- Added a fourth car to our Sustainable Fleet for associates in our Mississauga office.
- Introduced a new road map for associates to build their careers
- Launched a new flexible benefits program
- Offered a new learning tool that gives associates access to over 6,000 online courses
- Raised more than $1,500,000 for charities such as motionball in support of Special Olympics, Kids Help Phone, Canadian Red Cross, the CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish and many more.
- Associates contributed 2,691 volunteer hours to over 10 charities during its annual CommunityOne day
- Launched a new Volunteer Time-Off program that enables associate to take a day from work to give back to a registered charity of their choice
