LOI signed between Bear Dog Enterprises Ltd., Hobiyee Management Ltd. and Western Protection Alliance Inc.
VANCOUVER, Nov. 19, 2015 /CNW/ - Bear Dog Enterprises Ltd., a Tahltan First Nations-owned company; Hobiyee Management Ltd., a Nisga'a First Nations-owned company, and Western Protection Alliance Inc. of Richmond, British Columbia have signed a tri-lateral partnership agreement.
This Agreement represents a joint understanding to pursue as full partners, medical and safety opportunities at Pretivm Resources Inc. Brucejack project and others, in their respective traditional territories.
Allen Edzerza, President of Bear Dog Enterprises Ltd. states, "Bear Dog Enterprises Ltd. is very pleased to be able to partner with Hobiyee Management Ltd and Western Protection Alliance Inc. to seek medical, first aid, safety contracts within the Tahltan and Nisga'a territories. Our first priority will be to engage with Pretium, owner of the Brucejack Project, with the interest of continuing to provide these services for the Project for the long term.
Western Protection Alliance Inc. provides safety and security services to the mining, oil and gas, and extractive industries, has Aboriginal partnerships across Canada, and is entering its 21st year in business.
Peter Lambright of Hobiyee Management Ltd. states, "Hobiye'e Management's partnership with Bear Dog and Western Protection ensures jobs and training for Aboriginal people tied to current and imminent industrial projects in Northwest BC."
