TORONTO, Feb. 23, 2012 /CNW/ - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a quarterly dividend on Loblaw Companies Limited Common Shares, and Second Preferred Shares, Series A is payable as follows:

Common Shares     -  $0.21 per share payable April 1, 2012, to shareholders of record March 15, 2012;
     
Second Preferred Shares, Series A  -  $0.371875 per share payable April 30, 2012, to shareholders of record April 15, 2012;
