MONTREAL, Oct. 28 /CNW Telbec/ - The Association des professionnels en développement économique du Québec (APDEQ) has bestowed the 2009 Francine Loignon-Lamarche award to Lidia Divry, Technoparc Montreal's Vice-President of Business Development.
Lidia Divry has been active with the APDEQ for a number of years and has always been a firm believer in and promoter of the invaluable advantages of the association. A member of the APDEQ's Board of Directors from 2001 to 2004, she is the proud holder of the title "Economic Developer". A tireless promoter of the APDEQ, Ms. Divry has consistently put her top-notch communication skills to profit for the association. The decision to award her the 2009 Francine Loignon-Lamarche award was unanimous.
Bestowed by the APDEQ's Executive Committee, this award is given to members in recognition of their commitment, outstanding service and active involvement with the association. Needless to say, the APDEQ is proud to underscore Ms. Divry's major contribution and is pleased to be able to bestow this distinction upon one of their own. Long referred to as the "Assiette d'argent" (silver plate), the award was named after Francine Loignon-Lamarche in 2001 in recognition of her 30 years of dedicated service at the APDEQ.
