Lac Simon Tragedy: The AFNQL expresses its condolences to the grieving families

WENDAKE, QC, Feb. 15, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Following the tragedy that took place in the Anishinabe community of Lac Simon on February 13, the Chief of the Assembly of First Nations Quebec-Labrador wishes to express its most sincere condolences to the families of the two victims. "This tragedy reminds us once again how much distress can lead to irreparable acts. We are wholeheartedly thinking about the families, police officers and the grieving communities. Chief Salomée McKenzie and the Council can count on our support in these painful times", declared AFNQL Chief Ghislain Picard.
