Kitchener CPA, CMA named CPA Ontario Fellow
Fellows recognized for their outstanding professional and community contributions
TORONTO, Oct. 6, 2014 /CNW/ - The Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario is proud to announce that Jim Daley, FCPA, FCMA of Kitchener has been recognized as one of six new Fellows to CMA Ontario and of the Society of Certified Management Accountants of Canada.
The FCPA, FCMA designation is a prestigious, national honorary designation awarded to CPA, CMAs who, through their outstanding achievements including community leadership, bring distinction to the accounting profession and serve as a role model to others. FCPA, FCMAs are nominated by their peers, who have recognized their exemplary qualities and contributions.
Jim is Senior Manager Commercial Banking Support with BMO Bank of Montreal, a diversified, multi-national financial services organization with more than 45,000 employees and 2013 revenues in excess of $16.2 billion. He is accountable for the effective delivery of customer service and support to commercial account managers, cash management specialists and their customers.
A CMA since 1990, Jim has served his profession in a number of capacities and has been a member of the CMA Ontario Board of Directors since 2009, currently serving as Chair. He has also been active in fundraising for several charities, including Juvenile Diabetes and the Canadian Cancer Society.
