TORONTO, Sept. 19, 2013 /CNW/ - (TSX: KFS) (NYSE: KFS) Kingsway Financial Services Inc. (the "Company") announced today that its Series A and Series B warrants are approved for trading in the United States on the OTC Bulletin Board under the following ticker symbols:

• Series A Warrant: "KFSWF"
• Series B Warrant: "KFSYF"

The OTC Bulletin Board is a regulated quotation service that displays quotes, last sale prices, and volume information in over-the-counter equity securities. Additional information regarding the OTC Bulletin Board can be found at www.otcbb.com.

The ticker symbol for the Company's common shares on the TSX and NYSE will remain the same.
