The General Law for the Regulation and Control of Cannabis, presented by Dr. Olga Sanchez will establish Mexico among Latin American countries that have legislated the use of cannabis for recreational, medical, scientific, research, industrial and commercial purposes. The new legislation will develop in more detail the conditions for recreational cannabis use already authorized by judicial decisions, and also define final details for medical use.
