(TSX.V: JUB) (the "Corporation") announces that it has granted stock options (the "Options") to purchase an aggregate of up to 1,025,000 common shares in the capital of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.27 per common share pursuant to the Corporation's stock option plan. The Options were granted effective March 20, 2013 to certain directors, officers and employees of the Corporation. The Options will vest immediately and expire 10 years from the date of grant.
