Jitneytrade Inc. announces settlement agreement

MONTRÉAL, Dec. 11, 2018 /CNW/ - Jitneytrade Inc., Orbixa Technologies Inc. ("Orbixa"), True North Vantage Inc. ("True North"), Peter Beck, Daniel Schlaepfer, Oscar Ribeiro, Kamal Mansouri, Eidolon Systems Inc., Steven Pang, and Oasis World Trading Inc. are pleased to announce that the outstanding litigation between them has been settled.

The claims that were commenced by Orbixa and True North in 2013, as well as all subsequent crossclaims, counterclaims and claims for contribution, have been dismissed without costs. None of the parties have admitted liability in respect of any of the claims that were made.
