HALIFAX, Sept. 24 /CNW/ - Jazz Air LP (Jazz) has been advised by the Canadian Auto Workers (CAW) that the ratification vote for the tentative agreement which was reached on August 28, 2009 with its Customer Service Agents and Aircraft Services employees resulted in a 49% yes vote, which is marginally below the requirement to ratify the agreement.
