MONTREAL, Oct. 15, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - JAN-PRO Quebec, a network of commercial cleaning franchises headquartered in Montreal, is poised to take on the residential market.
The company, building on a network of some 400 franchisees in Quebec, is making its commercial expertise available to its Quebec customers who are seeking more leisure time by offering them a higher quality residential cleaning service, Parfait Ménage - Maid Right. With its residential opportunity, the company expects to add 250 new unit franchisees that will represent 500 new jobs in Quebec by the end of 2016.
On hand for the announcement, which was made in the firm's new offices, was Jacques Lapointe, President and Founder of JAN-PRO International.
Mr. Lapointe, a Quebec native, founded Jan-Pro in Rhode Island in 1991, and transformed a local commercial cleaning concept into an international network of franchises, JAN-PRO International. In 1995, Jean Roberge, President of JAN-PRO Quebec and JAN-PRO Canada, opened the company's first International Office in Quebec City.
"I am very proud that the company I founded more than 20 years ago has become a leading player in Quebec," said Mr. Lapointe. "The U.S. model could not have functioned as such in this market without this affiliation, and they have worked diligently to adapt our business and marketing strategies to the Canadian and Quebec market."
Maid Right: a seal of quality; highly qualified franchisees
"With Parfait Ménage - Maid Right, we are offering the same high quality cleaning services in residential that is currently being offered to commercial accounts," stated Mr. Roberge. Parfait Ménage - Maid Right of Quebec is owned by Jean Roberge, Sylvain Primeau, Vice-President - Operations & Systems, and Francois Carmichael, Vice-President – Sales and Marketing.
Parfait Ménage - Maid Right offers franchise owners extensive training, support, and guaranteed services to customers, who are seeking higher quality, branded cleaning processes. "Couples who wish to work during the day can get started with a very low cost franchise investment, and grow it at will," continued Mr. Roberge. Over the next two years,
Parfait Ménage - Maid Right will award Unit Franchise licenses across the province, helping to provide opportunities for people to become business owners.
Plans include corporate regional offices with Quebec JAN-PRO executives in partnership with Liana Munteanu and Tania Hope, the company's Regional Directors in Montreal and Quebec City respectively.
"We are building our residential cleaning business and need reliable franchise owners who will personally manage and clean a number of homes each week," explained Mr. Carmichael. "Parfait Ménage - Maid Right Unit franchise owners are often spouses who invest in and build a business of their own under the guidance of the Parent Franchisor. These professional Unit Franchisees are fully bonded, insured, and trained home cleaning specialists. Franchise Owners will customize a cleaning solution for the customer's home using hospital grade and environmentally safe cleaning products."
