Court order threatening arrest of journalist covering Muskrat Falls must be rescinded 
Justin Brake was among 22 people named in an arrest order issued by the Newfoundland and Labrador Supreme Court on Oct. 25. The order is a clear violation of freedom of the press and an unacceptable assault on the public's right to know, writes Duncan Pike, CJFE's Campaigns and Advocacy coordinator.
