("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX-V: ISD) (OTC: ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves brands, commercial locations, retailers and service providers throughout North America today provides the bi-weekly update to its previous announcement on the late filing of its annual audited financial statements, management discussion and analysis and related CEO and CFO certificates, collectively the "Required Documents").
The Company confirms that payment of all monies owed to its auditors has been made. In addition, the Company prepared working papers and draft financials have been forwarded to our auditors.
The Company will be filing the Required Documents by no later than October 31, 2016.
Until the Required Documents are filed, the Company intends to provide information in accordance with National Policy 12-203 – Management Cease Trade Orders, including the issuance of bi-weekly default status reports.
The Company will be providing an update on forthcoming revenues from current key clients by the end of September.
