Invitation to media - Parliamentary Secretary Carlos Leitão to announce Government of Canada support for two Lanaudière businesses

JOLIETTE, QC, March 17, 2026 /CNW/ - Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)

Media representatives are invited to attend a Government of Canada announcement regarding CED funding for two well-established businesses in the Lanaudière region.

Carlos Leitão, Member of Parliament for Marc-Aurèle-Fortin and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Industry, the Honourable Mélanie Joly, will announce support to strengthen the growth and production capacity of these businesses.

This announcement will highlight the importance of investing in innovation, productivity and regional know-how to boost the competitiveness of Quebec businesses.
