INVESTOR ALERT: North American Palladium Ltd Investor that served the putative Class Action is voluntarily discontinuing his Class Action while maintaining an individual action

(TSX: "PDL" and OTC Pink: "PALDF") has been voluntarily discontinued by the investor because he has chosen to litigate an individual action against the Company.  This investor believes he has suffered hundreds of thousands of dollars in losses.
