TORONTO, Oct. 5 /CNW/ - Investment Grade Trust (TSX: BND.UN) advises that the recent increase in its net asset value from $8.31 on September 11, 2009 to $9.09 on October 2, 2009 is as a result of a substantial increase in the value of the Swap Contract (the "Swap") which is held by Bond Trust and to which Investment Grade Trust gains exposure by means of the Forward Agreement. The value of the Swap is provided to Investment Grade Trust indirectly, through Bond Trust, by UBS AG. Investment Grade Trust has asked UBS AG to provide more details regarding the increase in the value of the Swap and will provide this information to unitholders as it becomes available.
