Introduction of HireAction, a new program to inspire and support hiring of Ontarians with Autism
VAUGHAN, ON, June 23, 2016 /CNW/ - HireAction, a program to inspire and support hiring of Ontarians with Autism, will be introduced at a high profile event to be held in Vaughan, Ontario on Thursday, June 23, 2016.
HireAction is a new program created to highlight the compelling business case for hiring People with Autism and to provide employers with a wide array of tools to enable successful employment of these workers.
The keynote speaker will be Garth Johnson, CEO of Meticulon, a software and website testing company where 100% of its IT consultants are People with Autism. Other guest speakers at the event will include prominent local representatives who promote and support the employment of Ontarians with Autism.
HireAction's Vaughan launch event will be held at The Miele Experience Centre, 161 Four Valley Drive, from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, on Thursday, June 23.
