CALGARY, Aug. 15, 2012 /CNW/ - Intriga Mobility Inc. is excited to announce the launch of the new Intriga App! This application is designed for our current customers in order for them to have easy access to our services at the touch of a button. Intriga offers customers unique ways of managing their mobility issues. Corporate mobility issues include, but are definitely not limited to: outrageous roaming bills, accounting headaches, lost devices and complicated plans. The new Intriga App, now available on the iTunes App store for free, is a way for us to improve customer service and support, reduce roaming charges and increase visibility into your mobility world.
Craig Gibson, Vice President, Technology, says "this App is a huge jump ahead in providing outstanding customer service to our clients. Through our other applications like roamCom and crewsControl, we provide customers with visibility into how employees use their corporate devices, but this App will enable our clients to have greater visibility into how we manage requests and support. The growth of corporate Apple devices has increased 400 per cent in the last 12 months, by providing this free application we are responding to our customers changing mobility needs."
The App includes features like roamCom which notifies Intriga when a phone is taken out of the home carrier network. Intriga can easily add a roaming package onto the phone to avoid a massive roaming bill. It also allows customers to contact Intriga directly for support, log a request quicker and view your device usage and statistics.
