OTTAWA, Oct. 29, 2018 /CNW/ - Intouch Insight Ltd. ("Intouch") (TSXV: INX) (OTC-QB: INXSF) today announced that the Company was successful in receiving its listing on the OTCQB Market in the United Sates effective October 26, 2018.
"Intouch applied for a listing on the OTCQB Market to make it easier for investors in the United States to be able to acquire shares of the Company," said Cameron Watt, President & Chief Executive Officer, Intouch Insight. "We feel that this listing will open up Intouch to a large group of potential new investors and allow our presence in the U.S. to grow substantially. This is in line with our revenues which are primarily from the U.S. market and growing as a percentage of sales every year," said Watt.
The Company's shares are now available on the TSXV and the OTCQB.
