("INTEMA" the "Company") (TSXV: ITM), supplier of innovative digital marketing solutions, today announced execution of an agreement with DEK International, of Panama, a subsidiary of Sabia Corporation Group that supplies products for casinos and gaming halls internationally. Intema is to integrate its proprietary Predictive Marketing Engine to the casino management solution, Genuina, developed by DEK International and installed across the Americas. The enhanced technology will allow casinos equipped with the Genuina system to better address customer loyalty and enhance revenues through the prediction marketing tool.
Predictive analysis allows a better understanding of players
Securing players' loyalty is at the heart of every casino manager's operations. Annual budgets for customer loyalty programs are enormous across the casino industry and DEK International has been addressing player-loyalty strategies for 19 years by offering technological solutions to its casino customers in more than 25 countries.
Integrating Intema's Predictive Marketing Engine into Genuina will allow casinos to better understand a player's behaviour so that tailored gaming offers may be proposed according to the demonstrated preferences, zeroing in to capture the customer's attention and patronage.
Developed by Intema, its predictive marketing tool generates customized options derived from algorithmic models based on nominal and behavioural data of customers as well as their historical activities, and provides for model re-actualization with every iteration and subsequent contact.
