New Rules Modern Workers Live By: Flexibility, Mobility, Independence

The report shows key results and findings following a series of surveys of more than 3,000 people.

Findings demonstrate that modern workers increasingly view flexibility, mobility, and independence as crucial components of their work life. In other words - the way we work is changing. What most companies and workers would have seen as luxuries in the past, many workers now view as essential to their work satisfaction.

Key findings from the report include: 

• People are looking for a new balance - Nearly half of the respondents want a work hard/play hard work life balance.
  
  
• 70% of people work from alternative locations on a regular basis, with 22% visiting on a weekly basis.
