INNOVA Gaming Group announces results from 2016 annual meeting of shareholders
LOS ANGELES, June 7, 2016 /CNW/ - INNOVA Gaming Group Inc. ("INNOVA" or the "Company") (TSX: IGG) announces the voting results for the election of its Board of Directors, which took place at the Company's annual meeting of shareholders held on June 7, 2016. The nominees listed in the management proxy circular of INNOVA dated May 9, 2016 were elected as directors of INNOVA at the meeting.
Shareholders voted in favor of all items of business put forth at the meeting, including the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company's external auditors, and the election of all director nominees as follows:
