The two B2B companies won high-profile industry awards for using Influitive's AdvocateHub software to impact marketing, sales and revenue goals
TORONTO, June 4, 2014 /CNW/ - Influitive, the advocate marketing experts, today announced that two of its customers, Bomgar and ReadyTalk, were recently recognized for their use of B2B advocate marketing programs to drive business success.
Bomgar's advocate marketing program, the Bomgar Insider, won the 2014 Forrester Groundswell Award in the B2B Social Reach Marketing category. The program drove more than 300 high-quality customer referrals, increased social mentions of the company by 66 per cent and boosted the creation of customer case studies by 50 per cent in the first three months of the program.
ReadyTalk, meanwhile, earned a Silver Key in the Demand Generation category of the BMA Colorado Golden Key Awards for its program, the ReadyTalk Summit Club. In the first four months, 70 advocates opted in to be sales references and the program generated 190 referrals. What's more, 33 per cent of deals referred through the program closed within 60 days – half the usual sales cycle.
