Prior to iLevel Solutions, <person>Mr. Adell</person> was chief financial officer of Covarity, a leading provider of portfolio management solutions for the financial services industry, and president of Knowledge Delivery Systems, an online education company. <person>Mr. Adell</person> holds a BA in Economics from Queen's University and an MBA from the <person>Ivey School</person> of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He also holds Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and Chartered Financial Analyst designations.</p>
