I.D.S. Intelligent Data Systems Expands its Footprint in the Central Region with two Acquisitions

MISSISSAUGA, ON, April 7, 2014 /CNW/ - I.D.S. Intelligent Data Systems (Canada) Inc. (IDS), a national independent provider of managed print services dedicated to the Canadian mid-market, announced the acquisitions of CNC Office Systems Ltd. (CNC) and Ontario Data Supplies Ltd. (ODS).

As part of IDS' continuing expansion across Canada, the acquisitions will enhance the company's nation-wide service capabilities and broaden its product offering.  

ODS, located in Pickering with branches in London and Ottawa, Ontario, has been supporting customers with multi-functional printers and supplies for over 25 years, and is an authorized dealer for HP, Lexmark, Okidata, and Xerox.  Terry Connors, President of ODS noted, "Being part of IDS will allow us to provide our customers with the most advanced managed print services and workflow solutions available on the market."

CNC, headquartered in Vaughan with a branch in Barrie, Ontario, has been supplying customers with imaging services and supplies for over 30 years.  CNC offers printers, parts, and repair services, and is as an authorized Toshiba and Lexmark dealer.
