I.D.S. CANADA Opens Central Region with two GTA Acquisitions

MARKHAM, ON, May 1, 2013 /CNW/ - I.D.S. Intelligent Data Systems (Canada) Inc. ("IDS") announced today the acquisition of CELL-A-NET Inc. and National Print Services Alliance (NPSA). The transactions enable the company to expand to the Central Region and increase IDS' capabilities. Currently, IDS is the largest independent dealer of imaging products and technical support in the Province of Quebec and provides IT products, and professional services to both private and public sectors. IDS' strategic plan is to expand its portfolio of business solutions across all of Canada.

CELL-A-NET has been supporting the Ontario region exclusively with HP products and document solutions for the past 24 years. NPSA currently provides manufacturer installs, training, and technical services from coast to coast, and will be a strategic partner for all IDS Canada subsidiaries requiring national managed print services from a central ticketing system."
