Icahn enters into letter agreement with Lions Gate

NEW YORK, July 9 /CNW/ - On July 9, 2010, Carl C. Icahn entered into a letter agreement (the "Agreement") with Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. ("Lions Gate"). Pursuant to the Agreement, among other things, Lions Gate and Mr. Icahn have agreed to work together on certain acquisition opportunities beginning on July 9, 2010 and ending on July 19, 2010, and Lions Gate agreed to refrain from specified actions during that period.
