Acquisition will accelerate the company's growth
MONTREAL, April 1st, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - iBwave Solutions Inc. announced today that it has been acquired by Corning Incorporated (NYSE: GLW). The terms of the acquisition agreement were not released.
