IBR RE-STARTS PLANT OPERATIONS

VANCOUVER, Sept. 20 /CNW/ - International Bio Recovery Corporation ("IBR") (TSX-V: IBR), a developer and marketer of proprietary technologies for the production of organic-based, high-value agricultural products from organic wastes, proudly announces that it has re-started production from its plant in North Vancouver, BC. Over the past few years, the plant has operated primarily as a research and development facility. The past 7 months have been spent refurbishing and upgrading the plant equipment. The Company anticipates that it will have continuous production to satisfy the 2011 growing season while it invests in the further improvement of its production process and product development.
The Company also announces that Ben Van Dyk has resigned from its' board of directors. Mr. Van Dyk founded IBR more than 17 years ago. The Company thanks Mr. Van Dyk for his contributions over the years.
