December 8, 2009

.
Mr. Thomas Anderson
has over thirty years of executive experience in running a private business group in
Ireland
; the group has interests in the leisure, entertainment, advertising, forestry and property development sectors. He has focused on risk management, corporate finance and portfolio diversification. He has a degree in Commerce and Economics and a MBA from the University College Dublin.
Mr. Anderson
is currently Chairman of Circle Oil and an investor in renewable energy in
Canada
.
Mr. Anderson
has subscribed for 11 million IBR units under a non-brokered private placement, and following his planned exercise of the associated warrants, he will hold 27% of IBR's outstanding shares. Shareholders at the Company's AGM approved
Mr. Anderson
as a Control Person.
Mr. Ribbons
is Chief Executive Officer of Empire Cinemas in
London
, England and has over twenty years of executive experience. After gaining his honours degree in law at Manchester University, he worked as European Counsel and Director of a number of divisions for Ingersoll-Rand. As General Counsel and Senior VP Business Affairs for UCI, he played a core role in developing an International cinema circuit for Paramount and Universal Studios before joining Empire Cinemas as Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Nairne
graduated from UBC and practiced Law before concentrating on real estate development in the mid-1980's. Over his career,
Mr. Nairne
has been involved in the construction of over 5,000 homes, 2 million sq ft of commercial office space, and numerous Master Planned communities in the western
United States
.
Mr. Nairne
recently returned to
Vancouver
to pursue a variety of business interests in finance and development.
Jim Ellis
has worked with the Boffo Group of Companies for the last 16 years and is currently Project Development and Marketing Manager for Boffo Construction Group Inc. His ability to visualize results have enabled him to anticipate trouble spots and provide early solutions to potential problems; his attention to detail have made a big difference in the successful and profitable completion of a wide range of projects.
