IBC congratulates David Marshall on recent appointment

TORONTO, Oct. 8, 2015 /CNW/ - Today, Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC) welcomed the appointment of David Marshall as advisor on auto insurance and pensions to the Minister of Finance.

"We look forward to working with him on the challenges facing Ontario's auto insurance system and how, together, we can provide Ontarians with an affordable and sustainable auto insurance product."
Marshall will bring his extensive experience as President and CEO of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) to advise the Minister of Finance on matters relating to auto insurance.
"Ontario drivers deserve affordable, high quality auto insurance that offers them choice. That's why we continue to work with the Government of Ontario to reform the auto insurance product. Today's announcement shows the government's continued commitment to consumers," added Forgeron.
