NEW YORK and TORONTO, May 17, 2018 /CNW/ - iAnthus Capital Holdings, Inc. ("iAnthus" or "the Company"), (CSE: IAN, OTCQB: ITHUF), which owns, operates, and partners with licensed cannabis operations throughout the United States, is pleased to announce that it has repaid in full the principal amount and accrued interest totaling US$20,978,082.19 outstanding pursuant to a debenture purchase agreement made as of the 17th day of January, 2018 between the Company and VCP Bridge, LLC.
Following the repayment of the above noted debenture, iAnthus has a current cash balance of approximately US$32 million as it continues to build out its existing assets and pursue opportunistic acquisitions across the U.S.
