TORONTO and NEW YORK, June 4, 2018 /CNW/ - iAnthus Capital Holdings, Inc. ("iAnthus" or the "Company"), (CSE: IAN)(CSE: IAN.CN)(CNSX: IAN)(OTCQB: ITHUF), which owns, operates, and partners with licensed cannabis operations throughout the United States, announces that the Company has granted 570,000 common shares in the capital of the company, exercisable at CAD $5.70 per stock option (the "Exercise Price"), to employees and a consultant of the Company.
All stock options are exercisable for a period of 10 years, subject to any earlier termination in accordance with their terms.
545,000 stock options have the following vesting periods:
- 12.5% will vest and be exercisable on or after June 30, 2018;
- 12.5% will vest and be exercisable on or after September 30, 2018;
- 12.5% will vest and be exercisable on or after December 31, 2018;
- 12.5% will vest and be exercisable on or after March 31, 2019;
- 12.5% will vest and be exercisable on or after June 30, 2019;
- 12.5% will vest and be exercisable on or after September 30, 2019;
- 12.5% will vest and be exercisable on or after December 31, 2019; and
- 12.5% will vest and be exercisable on or after March 31, 2020.
25,000 stock options have the following vesting periods:
- 25% will vest and be exercisable on or after June 30, 2018;
- 25% will vest and be exercisable on or after September 30, 2018;
- 25% will vest and be exercisable on or after December 31, 2018; and
- 25% will vest and be exercisable on or after March 31, 2019;
The stock options are subject to applicable regulatory filings.
