("HyperBlock" or the "Company") (CSE: HYPR) announced today that it has been issued a Cease Trade Order ("CTO") by the Ontario Securities Commission as it no longer expects to file its financial statements, management's discussion and analysis and related officer certifications for the financial year ended December 31, 2018 (collectively, the "Annual Filings") by June 30, 2019, as previously disclosed. The Company continues to operate normally and is working diligently with its auditors to be in a position to file its Annual Filings on or before July 31, 2019.
