OTTAWA, Aug. 12, 2015 /CNW/ - Starting today, Hydro Ottawa will make a $5 donation to the Max Keeping Fund for Kids at CHEO for every customer who registers for E-Billing before December 31, 2015.
The Fund helps families who need assistance covering expenses related to their child's medical care. These expenses can include travel, lodging, or specialized treatment or equipment that are not covered, or partially covered, by other sources.
For customers who also register for Pre-Authorized Payments, Hydro Ottawa will donate an additional $5 to the Fund.

- More than 92,000 customers already enjoy the convenience of E-Billing.
- Last year's E-Billing campaign promised to donate $5 to United Way Ottawa for each new registration and saw 6,935 customers sign up.
- 2013's tree planting E-Billing initiative encouraged a total of 14,414 customers to register to go paperless.
